Our mission at GLEAM is to distribute Biblically sound materials that will glorify God, open doors that would not be open without the materials, bring some to a saving knowledge of Christ, help establish Baptist churches, and edify and train the saints through the Lord's use of Godly literature in foreign lands.

1. We believe the Bible is the verbal, plenary inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God, consisting of 66 books, and is the sole authority for our faith and practice.
2. We believe in one God existing in three co-equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in the virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death, and bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is coming to rapture His Church prior to the tribulation, and will then come with His Church at its end to establish His 1000-year reign upon the earth.
4. We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit, Who is active in ministry today in the salvation of the lost, and the sanctification of the saved.
5. We believe in Satan as a real, personal being who is at work with his demons in the world today. He will eventually be cast into the Lake of Fire.
6. We believe that God created everything in 6 literal days. Man soon disobeyed God, and fell. He is totally incapable of saving himself from this condition, but must put his trust in the work of Christ, Who died for our sins. Thus, we believe in salvation by grace through faith alone. Such salvation is eternally secure.
7. We believe that believers will forever live in communion with God in His new heavens and new earth, but that unbelievers will forever live separated from God in hell.
8. We believe that the local church is the place where God is at work in this dispensation. The local church is an autonomous group of immersed believers, covenanted together for the work of the Lord, practicing the ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper, and carrying out the Great Commission of world evangelism.
9. We believe in separation from worldliness, and ecclesiastical apostasy. As such, we will have no fellowship with local, state, national, or world councils of churches, nor compromising neo-evangelicalism, nor the pentecostal-charismatic movement.

The Administrator is elected each year by the members of Maranatha Baptist Church and is responsible to God, the Pastor, the Deacons, the Missions Committee, the Maranatha congregation, and our supporters.

The Administrator coordinates and oversees all aspects of the ministry. Moreover, the Pastor, Deacons, and people of Maranatha Baptist Church are behind the GLEAM ministry 100%. Approximately 25 volunteers have duties in the GLEAM ministry — about 20% of the entire congregation of men, women, and children! No one involved in the GLEAM ministry is paid; it is strictly voluntary.

A separate GLEAM account is kept at Maranatha Baptist Church. All monies received for GLEAM are spent only for the GLEAM ministry. Our single biggest expense is postage for the materials to be shipped to foreign lands. Our revenue comes from faithful donations by individuals, Baptist churches, fundamental churches, and missions groups — either directly to GLEAM, or channeled through Baptist Mid-Missions designated giving fund.
